Led a multi-workstream initiative to build a scalable, cross-platform design system from the ground up. Tackled inconsistent UI patterns and duplicated engineering effort by unifying web and app libraries, establishing a component and template library, and shipping thorough documentation. Outcomes included a significant increase in design system adoption through onboarding programs and feedback loops, a significant decrease in time spent designing features through reusable templates and variable tokens, and improved product consistency by delivering components to engineering via a UI-SDK with Figma Dev Mode integration.
